Goodreads blog feed not updating
Now, if only Facebook would allow apps to integrate with groups.
Then we could bring our secret Goodreads groups into our secret Facebook groups.
If you have a Facebook Page dedicated to promoting or being a fan of a certain book, there’s a way to incorporate this too.
Follow the steps previously given to connect Goodreads to a Facebook page, then choose to promote a ‘Book Page’ and give the ISBN for the book.
If at any time you need to adjust your settings, do so via the Goodreads user settings page.
Once connected, you can see all of your Goodreads group data clearly on the Facebook tab, such as discussions, bookshelves and more. You will need to do all of your Facebook updates manually to cross-promote your Goodreads group.
There are many Facebook pages around that aren't being run very effectively, mainly because the people in charge aren't sure what they can do to be more interesting to their fans. If you run a Facebook Page, you probably want to make it the perfect portfolio for your business or association.
Note that if you click “Add To Page” and you don’t see the Facebook page listed, it’s because the app is already added to that page (or you’re not an admin anymore).
On the app tab on the Facebook Page, you now choose ‘Group Page’ and pick the relevant group from the list.
